Send me a WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link to your files, along with the finish you're after. No payment is taken at this stage.

I review your images and confirm your quote
I open your files myself, confirm the billable number of images and email you a PayPal payment request showing the approved count, any volume discount and the total in USD. Reference images are never billed.

I retouch, then email your finished files
Once payment is received I retouch each image personally, then email you a download link for your high-resolution files, with one revision included. No account or sign-in is needed.
Every order is retouched personally by Lucinda. Typical delivery is 7–10 days, depending on the number of images submitted and current order volume. One revision is included.

JPEGs are accepted but not preferred, as compressed files offer less editing latitude than RAW or TIFF files.

Do you use AI?
No. Every image is retouched by me by hand. No AI retouching, no generative fills, no automated skin plug-ins.
What does $15 per image include?
Each standard portrait retouch includes skin cleanup and natural texture refinement, blemish removal, hair and flyaway cleanup, colour and exposure correction, subtle makeup enhancement, high-resolution delivery, one revision.
How long will my order take?
Typical delivery is 7–10 days from payment, depending on the number of images and current order volume.
What files should I send?
RAW/DNG and common professional camera RAW formats, including CR2, CR3, NEF, NRW, ARW, SR2, SRF, RAF, ORF, RW2 and PEF, as well as other standard camera RAW files, TIFF files and JPEG/JPG files. JPEGs are accepted but not preferred, as compressed files offer less editing latitude than RAW or TIFF files.
When do I pay?
After you send your link and brief, I review your files and confirm how many images will be retouched. I then email you a PayPal payment request myself, showing the approved count, any volume discount and the total in USD. Nothing is charged before that.
How do I send my images?
Share a private WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link when you send your request. Please keep the link live until your finished files are delivered.
Can I provide references and detailed instructions?
Yes. You can add a general brief plus notes on individual images: desired finish, details to preserve, details to correct, colour references, intended use and a requested deadline.
How do revisions work?
One revision is included with each standard retouch.
Will my images stay private?
Yes. Your files stay private between you and me, and are never added to the portfolio without your written permission.
How will I receive the finished files?
I email you a secure download link for your finished high-resolution images. There's no account to create and nothing to sign in to.
Can I cancel my order?
Completed or delivered retouching is non-refundable. You may request a refund only if your order is cancelled before any retouching work has begun.
